Who is required to pay?

Limited liability companies (Kft.), public limited companies (Zrt.), limited partnerships (Bt.), public limited companies (Nyrt.), sole proprietorships, and certain non-profit organizations. The obligation to pay the fee is independent of the sponsoring institution (this also applies to state-owned enterprises).

The participation fee must be settled following the receipt of the registration confirmation email and the proforma invoice, no later than October 7, 2026.

If you are a government official or civil servant, you have the opportunity to attend a conference free of charge:

either the CEE Space & Defense Conference (October 13, 2026),
or the CEE Space & Defense Conference (October 13, 2026) and the first day of the Infotér Conference (October 14, 2026)
or the two-day Infotér Conference (October 14-15, 2026)
or the INFOTÉR CONTECH 2026 Conference (October 13–14, 2026)

If you purchase a combined ticket, registration is subject to a participation fee. Participation in the Infotér Extra program must be paid for separately in all cases.
